This is the assignment

• Key role between customer, sales, and production AGES Hörle specializes in machining, assembly, and welding, has 85 employees, and generates 400 million SEK in revenue, and is a quality and environmentally certified supplier to the automotive industry. As a Project Manager, you are responsible for coordinating work between marketing, technology, and production. You translate customer needs into internal activities and ensure that the project is driven with the right conditions all the way from quotation to delivery. The role is central to ensuring both customer satisfaction and internal efficiency. You report to the Technical Manager.
• Drive projects from planning to finished production You lead the project through the entire process – from quotation and startup to PPAP and completed production. The work is based on the APQP structure, and you are responsible for driving the project forward with clear planning, follow-up, and documentation. In your daily work, you handle technical preparation, calculations, and process flows in the business system Monitor G5. You ensure that the right information is in place and that technical and administrative parts are coordinated and quality assured.
• Broad contact surfaces and collaboration in focus You have a central communication role in the project, with ongoing dialogue both internally and externally. This involves close collaboration with customers, sales, design, production, and quality, where you ensure that all parties involved have the information they need to make the right decisions at the right time.

This is you

• Technical expertise and industrial background We are looking for someone with a background as a production engineer or quality engineer, and experience working on projects within the manufacturing industry. You have a strong technical understanding and see how requirements, production, and quality are interconnected in practice. Experience from the automotive industry is a plus.
• Drive in structure and solutions You thrive in a role where you can take responsibility and create order. You plan ahead, drive projects with clarity, and ensure that work progresses at the right pace. When problems arise, you tackle them directly and find ways forward, even when conditions change.
• Secure and communicative partner You are clear, attentive, and build trust in collaboration with colleagues, customers, and suppliers. You adapt communication to the situation and ensure that everyone has the right information to make decisions and deliver in their areas.
